We strive to provide high-quality online learning experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any paid course.

1. Free Courses

Courses offered free of charge are not eligible for any refund, as no payment is required.

2. Paid Courses

Refunds are applicable only to eligible paid courses and are subject to the conditions mentioned below.

3. Refund Eligibility

A learner may request a refund if:

• Payment has been successfully completed.

• No more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

• No certificate has been issued.

• No final examination has been completed.

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of enrollment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be approved if:

• More than 10% of the course has been completed.

• A certificate has already been issued.

• The learner has downloaded a substantial portion of paid study materials (where applicable).

• The refund request is made after the eligible refund period.

• The account has violated the Academy's Terms & Conditions.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please send an email including:

• Registered Email Address

• Course Name

• Payment Reference Number

• Reason for Refund

6. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

7. Course Cancellation by the Academy

If Sangbad Ekalavya Academy cancels a paid course before it begins, eligible learners may receive either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer to another course of equal value.

8. Technical Issues

Temporary technical problems or internet connectivity issues on the learner's side do not qualify for a refund.

Our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues whenever possible.

9. Policy Updates

Sangbad Ekalavya Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
